Dan has been an integral part of the Solar-Log team in Connecticut for over a year. He helps our installer partners get the most of their Solar-Log systems on a daily basis. He has over 20 years of experience including time as a Senior Test Technician for an electronics manufacturer. Dan’s expertise in telephone support, customer training, electronic assembly, as well as, both infield and remote troubleshooting make him a valuable asset to the Solar-Log team.
Q: What do you consider to be the most vital part of your role at Solar-Log?
A: Customer service, problem solving, and continuously improving my knowledge of our product.
Q: What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
A: Interacting with different people
Q: A genie grants you the ability to swap positions with anyone you wish at Solar-Log, who do you choose and why?
A: I wouldn’t, this is the role I want to be in.
Q: If you could only work on one project for the next year, what would it be?
A: I would find or build a cabin in the woods, move there and study every Solar-Log manual available, then I’d move on to all the inverter manuals until I memorized them all…taking tech support calls in between manuals from my satellite phone, of course.
